TGHA provides Project-Based Voucher rental assistance to the communities listed below. TGHA has a HUD-Approved RAD Portfolio Conversion Award and it anticipates the financial closing for all 240 Public Housing Units will occur by the end of 2018 FY (December 31, 2018).
As of March 3, 2018, the RAD Portfolio consists of 191 units (see below).

Ridgeway Apartments is a single building located at 389 Industrial Drive, Greenville, SC 29607.
Single Family Homes are located in various communities throughout the City and County of Greenville.
TGHA is also converting all Public Housing Units HOPE IV units to RAD. These units are located in the Heritage Community portfolio and are currently being managed by the NHE, Inc. property management division. As of January 28, 2018, the following units have been converted to RAD.
Forest View, a 72 unit development in the HOPE IV Heritage Communities portfolio. 29 unit of the 72 have been converted to RAD-PBV.
