2001

  • August 2001: Received a 9% Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) Award from the South Carolina State Housing Finance & Development Authority for Arcadia Hills aka Valley Creek (48 unit New Construction Development)

 

2005

  • August 2005: Received a 9% Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) Award from the South Carolina State Housing Finance & Development Authority for Charleston Place (40 unit New Construction Senior Development). 

2007

  • August 2007: Received a 9% Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) Award from the South Carolina State Housing Finance & Development Authority for Clark Street Commons (96 unit New Construction Family Development). 
  • August 2007: Received a 9% Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) Award from the South Carolina State Housing Finance & Development Authority for Nichol Town Green Commons (96 unit New Construction Family Development).
  • August 2007: Received a 9% Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) Award from the South Carolina State Housing Finance & Development Authority for Forest View Apartments (72 unit New Construction Family Development).

2008

  • October 16, 2008: Michael Raymond, named Executive Director

 

2013

  • March 1, 2013: Lucinda "Cindi" Herrera, named  Interim Executive Director
