OPEN SOLICITATION - RAD and Non-RAD Project Based Vouchers
The Greenville Housing Authority is seeking proposals from property owners interested in receiving RAD and Non-RAD Project Based Vouchers for new construction, substantial rehabilitation or existing properties serving elderly, and disabled households.

TGHA will provide up to 80 RAD vouchers and a limited number of Non-RAD vouchers to properties that comply with program requirements. The Project Based Voucher Program provides a Housing Assistance Payments (HAP) contract for 20 years for rental units in approved properties.
