At your request, we've uploaded several documents on our website to include: the workshop presentation and a link to the United States Census Bureau to verify the poverty rate for the project(s) you are considering submitting a proposal.
 
Friendly Reminder: the RAD Project Based Voucher sites must be located in a neighborhood(s) with a poverty rate no higher than 23.5%.

The RAD Project Based Voucher sites must be located in a neighborhood(s) with a poverty rate no higher than 23.5%. To check the poverty rate of the neighborhood your property is located, you may click the United States Census Bureau and enter the zip code of your property.
