TGHA will provide up to 80 RAD vouchers and a limited number of Non-RAD vouchers to properties that comply with program requirements. The Project Based Voucher Program provides a Housing Assistance Payments (HAP) contract for 20 years for rental units in approved properties. Interested Property Owners and Developers may obtain a “Request for Proposals” from the Housing Authority website at https://www.tgha.net/procurement, or via e-mail from Procurement@tgha.net.
The RAD Project Based Voucher sites must be located in a neighborhood(s) with a poverty rate no higher than 23.5%. To check the poverty rate of the neighborhood your property is located, you may click the United States Census Bureau and enter the zip code of your property.
