Join us at Heritage at Sliding Rock for the Open House and Ribbon Cutting on October 16th from 1:00-2:00pm!

Heritage at Sliding Rock is the second of three newly constructed developments honoring the commitment of the Greenville Housing Authority to replace all affordable senior housing units lost as the result of the implosion of the former Scott Towers Public Housing Community. The newly constructed, 60-unit, 8 million-dollar community provides spacious and modern apartments in a secure environment. It is conveniently located close to downtown Greenville in the Nicholtown community; this community assures long term affordability for low and moderate income seniors.

TGHA is extremely grateful to all our private and public partners that have made this development possible, including: Douglas, Schaumber and Tapestry Development; Nicholtown Neighborhood Association; the City of Greenville; US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD); South Carolina Housing Finance and Development Authority (SCHFDA); BB&T Bank; Community Investment Corporation of the Carolinas (CICCAR) and Community Affordable Housing Equity Corporation (CAHEC).
