You're Invited! Manor at West Greenville - Ribbon Cutting Ceremony

Please join the Greenville Housing Authority on Tuesday, September 13, 2016 at 1:00 pm for its Open House and Ribbon Cutting Ceremony for the Manor at West Greenville.

The Manor at West Greenville is the first of three developments that honors the commitment of The Greenville Housing Authority to replace all affordable senior housing units lost as the result of the implosion of the former Scott Towers Public Housing Community. The Manor at West Greenville is a newly constructed, 55-unit, $7.2 million dollar community that will provide spacious and modern apartments in a secure environment. The Manor is conveniently located close to downtown in the West Greenville Neighborhood and will assure long term affordability for low and moderate income seniors in our community. TGHA is extremely grateful to all our private and public partners that have made this development possible including: Douglas, Schaumber and Tapestry Development; the West Greenville Neighborhood Association; the City of Greenville; the US Department of Housing and Urban Development; the South Carolina State Housing Finance and Development Authority; and Boston Financial Investment Management.
