Public notice: Fiscal Year 2016 Agency Plan

PUBLIC NOTICE

Section 511 of the Quality Housing & Work Responsibility Act of 1998 requires that Public Housing Agencies (PHAs) prepare a Five-Year Plan and an Annual Plan. The purpose of these plans is to provide a comprehensive guide to PHA policies, programs, operations, and strategies for meeting local housing needs and goals.

The 5-Year Plan describes the mission of the PHA and the PHA’s long-range goals and objectives for achieving its mission over the subsequent five years. The Annual Plan provides details about the PHA’s immediate operations, program participants, programs and services, the PHA’s strategy of handling operational concerns, resident concerns and needs, programs and services for the upcoming fiscal year.

The FY 2016 Annual Plan is currently in draft form along with required attachments and documents related to the plan, and will be available for review and public comment on August 16, 2015. The FY 2016 plan will be available from August 16, 2015 through September 30, 2015 at www.tgha.net or at the location listed below between the hours of 8:00 am – 5:00 pm., Monday through Thursday at:
