Greenville Housing Authority Redesigned Website Launches June 2020

The Greenville Housing Authority now has a new responsive website,

The upgraded website includes the addition of new colors, updated logos and layout, as well as new features. The responsive nature of the website allows users to easily navigate the website no matter what device is used to view the website (desktop, laptop, tablet, smartphone).

To help make this new website more accessible for all users (including those using adaptive technology), it has been built using Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 to address Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) accessibility guidelines.

Our website is designed to provide business transparency for our families, commissioners, business partners, community stakeholders and the general public.

Some of the features/functions on our new site include:

Access to all 6 portals offered by TGHA on the home page of the website: Apply for Housing, Residents Pay Online, Maintenance Request, Landlords, Board Portal, and Staff Portal.

Calendar of Events - The Calendar of Events features a home page feed showing 5 upcoming Calendar entries with a link to the main calendar that offers categories of events for easy search.

Gallery - Allowing the publication of recent events and success, an opportunity for the community to get to know our staff and residents.

Housing Locations Map - Check out Affordable Housing properties on the interactive embedded Google map.

Sign Up for News - Those interested in subscribing can sign up on the website & can also (at any time) change their subscription or unsubscribe.

Publishing to subscribers via text/email - a great way to stay informed about things happening in the Housing Authority and its communities.

Poll Question to allow online surveys for the public to complete.

Social media integration, so content added to the site can be posted to social media without leaving the admin section of the website.

Additional pages include: About TGHA, Procurement, Housing, Residents, HCV, Landlords, and FAQs

All residents and the general public are encouraged to visit our site often; we update monthly with new information that will benefit all.
