Notice of Public Hearing

West Greenville II, LLC is an entity comprised of The Greenville Housing Authority and Douglas, Schaumber and Tapestry Development. West Greenville II, LLC has submitted applications to the City of Greenville Planning and Development Department to redevelop the properties currently known as Brookhaven and Westview Public Housing Communities. The applications submitted consist of the following:

BROOKHAVEN SITE, 430 Perry Avenue:

SD 14-369.  Application by West Greenville II, LLC for a MAJOR SUBDIVISION of approximately  13.5  acres located at 430 PERRY AV zoned RM-2, Single- & multi-family residential district (TM# 007601-01-01000).

MFD 14-368.  Application by West Greenville II, LLC for a MULTI-FAMILY DEVELOPMENT with 55 units located at 430 PERRY AV zoned RM-2, Single- & multi-family residential district (TM# 007601-01-01000).

WESTVIEW SITE, 81 Textile Avenue:

SD 14-365.  Application by  West Greenville II, LLC for a  MAJOR SUBDIVISION of  10.078 acres located at 81 S TEXTILE AV zoned RDV, Redevelopment district (TM# 011900-05-00100).

MFD 14-366.  Application by West Greenville II, LLC for a MULTI-FAMILY DEVELOPMENT with 42 units located at 81 S TEXTILE AV zoned RDV, Redevelopment district (TM# 011900-05-00100).

At the time and location listed below, The City of Greenville Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing for the purpose of considering the above applications:

Interested individuals should attend the Public Hearing to share comments on the proposed projects.
